We have never missed an engagement however; the unexpected can happen. In this event, and if we cannot fulfil an engagement, we cannot accept liability for any direct or consequential losses. You may wish to obtain insurance cover for this.

We are constantly improving our systems. You may wish to check beforehand whether any specific equipment has been replaced or upgraded.

All relevant equipment is fully P.A.T. tested (certificates available on request) and is kept in tip-top condition. However, we cannot accept liability for any direct or consequential losses arising from equipment failure.

It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure provision of a safe (240 volt AC, 32 amp, 16 amp or 13 amp) supply. Where portable generators are used, these must be regulated and adequately grounded.

We accept no responsibility whatsoever for crowd control, or for the safety or security of any hirer's or third party's premises.

The hirer shall be wholly liable to us for the cost of any damage to, or theft of, our equipment at the performance site.

Safe access to the performance area for rigging and de-rigging shall be provided by the organisers.

We accept no liability for any individual's failure to stay at an appropriate distance from loudspeakers, or to take appropriate measures to protect their own hearing and that of children. Children must be kept at a safe distance from all PA and Lighting equipment and also the performance area. Safety Barriers shall be the responsibility of the event organisers.

The risk of feedback (a potential cause for hearing damage) is inherent in monitor systems. Anyone in the performance area while monitors are in use are there at their own risk.

Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions, providing appropriate rain cover protection is the responsibility of the organisers. Should we arrive at an event which subsequently has to be cancelled i.e. due to bad weather and prior to equipment installation, 50% of the agreed fee is due. If the event has to be stopped for any reason after installation 100% of the agreed fee is due. You may wish to obtain insurance cover for this.

In the event that a booking is cancelled within seven days prior to the agreed commencement date a cancellation fee of £25.00 will apply.

In arranging a booking the hirer agrees to the above terms and conditions.
